Michelle Isaacs is the founder of 22 Spring, a strategic communications and sports marketing agency. She is a seasoned storyteller and brand strategist with over a decade of diverse experience in communications, marketing, talent booking and event programming. She has made a career of amplifying and elevating brands across the sports, entertainment, culture and media landscape.
Prior to founding 22 Spring, Michelle held various senior-level positions in the world of sports and entertainment. She played a critical role in launching The Players’ Tribune (TPT), a disruptive content platform founded by Derek Jeter. As one of TPT’s first hires, Michelle crafted messaging and tactical roadmaps critical to brand development and helped establish TPT as a respected platform that attracted more than 2,000 athlete contributors and generated more than 3B monthly media impressions.
Before The Players’ Tribune, Michelle oversaw communications and served as the primary media contact for GQ magazine. While there, she proactively identified and leveraged opportunities that enhanced the visibility of the magazine. She started her career at Madison Square Garden Entertainment, where she was responsible for developing a communications strategy across the spectrum of MSGE business, which includes concerts, productions and special events at MSG’s seven venues.
